Rockets Knock Down 26 3s, Dominate Kings 130-105

The Houston Rockets tied their own NBA record for most three point shots made in a game with 26 Tuesday night, as they blew out the Sacramento Kings, 130-105.

James Harden scored 36 points with 10 assists to lead the way offensively. In four games against the Kings this season, Harden averaged 39 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds.

Eric Gordon had 19 points and PJ Tucker scored 13 points. Off the bench, Danuel House has 19 points and Kenneth Faried had a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Houston improves to 50-28 on the season, moving a half-game ahead of the Portland Trailblazers for third place in the Western Conference. The Rockets have won at least 50 games in 5 out of the last 6 seasons.

The Rockets will play again tonight for a back-to-back at the Los Angeles Clippers. Tip-off will be at 9:30pm CT.
