Harden Scores 40, Rockets Beat Hornets 125-110

James Harden recorded his second straight double-double Tuesday night to lead the Rockets to a 125-110 win over the Hornets. Harden had 40 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds in the win but fell one rebound short of a triple-double. He was one assist shy of a triple-double in Sunday's win over the Pelicans.

Danuel House had 22 points and nine assists while knocking down six three's. Eric Gordon scored 16 points with PJ Tucker also adding a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds. Ben McLemore started in place of the injured Russell Westbrook and scored 14 points as all five of the Rockets starters scored in double figures. Austin Rivers had 11 points of the bench in 29 minutes of action.

Houston will travel to Los Angeles to take on the Lakers Thursday night. Tip off is scheduled for 9:30pm CT.
