Friday, Oct. 22 vs. Boston Red Sox – 7:08 p.m. CT

The Astros look to clinch their third American League pennant in the last five seasons in game six of the ALCS against the Red Sox on Friday, Oct. 22 at Minute Maid Park. The roof at Minute Maid Park will be closed for game 6 of the series and the game is a sellout.

All fans in attendance will receive a Rally Towel provided by Coca-Cola. Street Fest will open to all fans with a game ticket beginning at 4 p.m., three hours before first pitch.

Country music artist Jack Ingram, a native Houstonian, will sing the National Anthem for game six, while the presentation of the colors will come from the Houston Police Department Honor Guard. One of the Rally Nuns from ALCS Game 1 popularity will throw out the ceremonial first pitch and legendary Houston rapper Slim Thug will provide the “Play Ball” call

A 20’x8’ interactive shipping container painted by Houston-based artist DUAL is accessible on both gamedays and non-gamedays on Crawford Street. The artist, DUAL, stands for the conflict between “street art” and “fine” art, between freeway burners and gallery exhibitions, between mass recognition and total anonymity. His bold lines and fresh colors are a break from the everyday monotony of city life – a taste of urban subculture, whether you asked for it or not.

An 8’x8’ mobile mural wall that was painted at the ALDS Celebration party on Oct. 13 will also be on display at all home games and watch parties on Crawford Street. This mobile mural wall, painted by Houston based artist, Sylvia Blanco (@blanco_arte on Instagram), is to celebrate the ALDS win. More info on Sylvia can be found on her website, https://www.mantecahtx.com/profiles/sylvia-blanco.html
