MLB Tells Union Feb 28th is CBA Deadline for Season to Start On Time

For those hoping for a full Astros season that starts on time, Major League Baseball told the Player’s Union that the deadline for a new CBA agreement to be completed is February 28th in order for the regular season to start on time.
