(SUGAR LAND, Texas) – The Sugar Land Space Cowboys have provided the following statement regarding the start of the 2022 season:
“We’re excited to announce that our inaugural season as the Sugar Land Space Cowboys will start with an April 5 road game against the Sacramento River Cats. Additionally, single-game tickets for the first two months of the historic 2022 season will go on sale next Wednesday, as we’ll also introduce a promotional lineup that includes popular giveaway items and theme nights. We can’t wait to welcome fans back to Constellation Field for our Home Opener on April 12 vs. the Round Rock Express. We look forward to sharing numerous fan-facing renovations to Constellation Field that will greatly enhance the fan experience beginning this season. Houston Astros minor leaguers began Minor League Spring Training camp on Feb 28 at the Astros Spring Training complex in West Palm Beach, Fla., as they prepare for their respective Minor League Baseball (MiLB) Opening Days.”
The Space Cowboys will play a total of 150 games from April 5-Sept. 28 in 2022, with 75 games played at Constellation Field.
Fans can assure themselves a spot for the Space Cowboys’ first season today by purchasing season tickets, mini plans or group packages at slspacecowboys.com/tickets.
