CBS Sports put out an article this week, along with a graphic, listing who they think is the best college football program currently in each state. They used a variety of factors, including recent success, rivalry results and hope for the future.
For the state of Texas, they went with the Big 12 champion Baylor Bears, over the likes of Texas, Texas A&M, Houston, etc.
