Astros pitcher Luis Garcia seems to be adjusting just fine to a new delivery. With the new mandated pitch clock, Garcia had to eliminate his pre-pitch arm rocking before delivering the pitch.
In his first Spring Training action on Tuesday, Garcia pitched two innings, giving up just one hit with no runs and four strikeouts.
