Yordan Alvarez crushed a homerun 117 miles per hour, while Yusei Kikuchi struck out eight and the Astros defeated the Texas Rangers 6-4.
With the win, the Astros clinch the Silver Boot Series for the eighth consecutive year, and clinching a tie-breaker that could come into play at the end of the season. That tie-breaker was the deciding factor for the AL West crown last season.
Kikuchi hurled five shutout innings vs the Rangers before giving up a solo homer to Marcus Semien in the 6th.
Closer Josh Hader pitched for the third straight day, something he hasn't done at all this season, and picked up his 24th consecutive save.
Zach Dezenzo, who was just called up this week, picked up his first big league hits, a double and a single as he got the start at first base, and made a few nice defensive plays as well.
The Astros are off on Thursday, then will head to Boston for a big AL series vs the Red Sox.
