Astros Place Jose Altuve on IL with Grade 2 Oblique Strain

Houston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve was placed on the injured list on Sunday, due to a Grade 2 left oblique strain.

Altuve sustained the injury Saturday, but had imaging done revealing the specifics of the injury. There is no current timeline for Altuve's absence, but it doesn't seem like this will be a quick one.
