According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson underwent successful ACL surgery Wednesday morning in Houston.
The projected timeline for recovery is reportedly 8-9 months. Watson was placed on IR last week, ending his red hot rookie campaign in which he threw 19 touchdowns in seven games.
