It's Wild Card Weekend...Here's Our Spec's Picks and Drink of the Week

The NFL Playoffs are here and that means it's time for our picks of the week and drink of the week, brought to you by our wonderful friends over at Spec's. First up, let's get after the picks.

Sean: Alabama -8 vs. Ohio State

Ohio State shocked many with their hammering of Clemson and they're clearly a real threat here. This Alabama team is really good though and is possibly adding Jay Waddle back into the mix this weekend. The Crimson Tide are 8-4 against the spread this season, while Ohio State is 4-3.

Michael: Seattle Seahawks -3 vs. Los Angeles Rams

The Rams defense is really good, but this line feels like stealing. I love the Seahawks by at least 10 points.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 teaspoon water
• 2 ounces bourbon
• Garnish: orange peel

Directions:

1. Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add water, and stir until sugar is nearly dissolved.

2. Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the bourbon, and gently stir to combine.

3. Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.
