MLB Rules Changes: How Some Ruin The Game & Some Could Benefit The Astros

Brian & Ryan do a deep dive on the MLB's most recent rule changes that they've added and ones recently added that are here to stay.

Pretty much all of these rule changes are an attempt to generate more offense in the game while also speeding it up. Brian goes into the rules he doesn't like and how they hurt the integrity of the game. A couple of the rule changes though could benefit our defending Champs the Houston Astros.
