After our interview with Michael Connor we had a passionate discussion about whether or not Kyle Tucker deserved a long term extentsion putting 10 years on his contract. If he does will the Astros go against their ways of the recent past and pay him big money long term?
Astros have let Correa, Springer, Cole & Verlander just to name a few walk in free agency because they didn't find it necessary to pay those guys the money and years that they wanted.
Will Kyle Tucker break this streak? He's still under contract for 3 years, but GM Dana Brown has said he wants to get an extension taken care of. But Jim Crane has stated in the past he doesn't like deals longer than 6 or 7 years.
What should the Astros do? We discuss, enjoy this highlight from the Sean Salisbury Show!
