Should Starters Consider Playing More Games Leading Up To Opening Day?

With spring training coursing on and Opening Day to kickoff on the 27th, the Astros roll through games and the weeks aiming to see who may make the final 40-man roster. Looking to be a repeat start of last years first few games, the Astros seem to be going down the injury tunnel yet again just before the start of the season. Christian Walker set to start in yesterday's lineup, scratches due to left oblique soreness. Seeing this movie plenty of times beforehand roughly just two weeks ago Kaleb Ort suffered a similar injury, followed by last year with Jose Altuve enduring the same exact injury, which leads fans to wonder what may be the underlying issue. Hearing words often like 'soreness' and 'discomfort' Sean and Brian take a moment in discussion on what are the Astros doing or not doing in regards to training and workouts that leads to their players encountering oblique injuries. Should they begin playing in more games as the season approaches?
