P.J. Tucker says goodbye to Houston

Not long before the Rockets tipped off their game against the Golden State Warriors, ESPN reported that the Rockets have agreed to P.J. Tucker to the Milwaukee Bucks. It's a deal that would include Rodion Kurucs going to the Bucks along with the Bucks 2022 1st round pick that the Rockets had recently acquired from the Cavaliers. Houston reportedly will receive guard D.J. Augustin, forward D.J. Wilson and the Bucks 2023 first-round pick (unprotected). Houston would also acquire the right to swap its 2021 second-round pick for Milwaukee's first round pick (protected 1-9).

Tucker spent the last four seasons with the Rockets and was part of the franchise-best 65-17 Rockets team that earned the top seed in the western conference - a first in franchise history. He became one of the league's most successful corner three-point shooters and up until recently had never missed a game with the Rockets. He posted the following good bye and thank you to Houston late Wednesday night. The Bucks play in Houston on April 29th so expect a P.J. Tucker tribute video at Toyota Center, just like the ones for Russell Westbrook, James Harden and Clint Capela already this season.
