The Texans were awarded cornerback Reggie Robinson off waivers from the Dallas Cowboys.
Robinson is a former fourth-round draft pick from Tulsa.
A former track standout in high school, he had four interceptions as a college senior and blocked a kick every season.
Robinson is a big, fast cornerback at 6-foot-1, 205 pounds who has run the 40-yard dash and bench pressed 225 pounds 22 times.
Drafted in 2020, he was moved to safety. He was inactive for the first 11 games of his rookie season.
He was placed on injured reserve last year before being cut in the offseason after recovering from a toe injury.
He is deaf in his left ear.
