On Thursday, Houston Texans' DE JJ Watt gave an update on how the $37 million he's helped raise has been distributed to Hurricane Harvey victims.
Friday night, Watt will have the honor of throwing out the first pitch before Game 3 of the World Series at Houston's Minute Maid Park. The Astros and Dodgers are tied at 1-1 in the best-of-seven series.
Watt suffered a season-ending broken leg in Week 5 of the Texans' season. Even though he's still on crutches, and will make his first public appearance since suffering the injury and undergoing subsequent surgery, he vowed neither will stop him from throwing out the first pitch, according to the Houston Chronicle.
Don't you wish other athletes were as involved as Watt is?
