3 Astros Still in Line to Start in All Star Game

All-Star Game voting will come to close this Thursday night at 11p, and three Houston Astros players remain in line to start the game. Jose Altuve, Carlos Correa & George Springer all lead the way among position players to start at their positions.

Altuve trails the Yankees' Aaron Judge for most total votes, and leads all second basemen in votes. Carlos Correa has extended his lead for starting shortstop over the Indians' Francisco Lindor. Lastly, Springer holds a narrow margin of 300k votes over Michael Brantley for the third starting outfield spot, over Cleveland's Michael Brantley. Judge and Mike Trout lead the way for the other outfield spots, though Trout remains on the disabled list for the Angels and likely will not play in the game.

The All-Star Game will be held on July 11th in Miami at Marlins Park.
