Astros Make Roster Move, Call Up LHP Brooks Raley, Option Carlos Sanabria

The Astros have called up recently acquired Brooks Raley. The left handed pitcher was acquired from the Reds on Sunday for a player to be named later. They've optioned rookie RHP Carlos Sanabria back to the alternate site in Corpus Christi.
