Astros Announce 2021 Spring Training Schedule

HOUSTON, TX - The Houston Astros have announced their 2021 Spring Training schedule, with the opening game set for Saturday, Feb. 27 vs. the Washington Nationals. The 2021 season will mark the Astros fifth at FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, located in West Palm Beach, Fla.

The Astros will serve as the road team on Feb. 27 and will hold their official home opener the following day, on Feb. 28 vs. the Miami Marlins. Houston will host a total of 15 home games at FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches and will play 15 road contests. Of those 15 road games, three are against the Nationals, who share the stadium with the Astros, meaning the Astros will only play 12 games away from their Spring Training facility.

Highlights from the Astros home schedule include three games vs. the New York Mets, three games vs. the St. Louis Cardinals, and a Saturday visit by the New York Yankees. The Astros will also host the Minnesota Twins (March 15) and the Detroit Tigers (March 20) for one game apiece at FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches in 2020.

Additional information on Astros 2021 Spring Training games will be released at a later date.
