The Astros reinstated OF Jake Meyers (offseason left shoulder surgery) from the 60-day IL and have optioned OF Jose Siri to Triple A Sugar Land. To make room for Meyers on the 40-man roster, the club designated OF Dillon Thomas for assignment.
Meyers was in the lineup on Friday night vs the Yankees in New York.
