Speaking ahead of his college football playoff games vs Michigan, TCU coach Sonny Dykes took a shot at the SEC, where many teams play a weaker non-conference game in late November, as a respite between conference games.
Dykes said, "In the Big 12, you’re not going to catch Citadel in Week 10 like if we were in the SEC. We got Texas.” TCU beat Texas in Austin that week, 17-10.
