Astros slugger Yordan Alvarez left Thursday night's game with what the team is calling "right oblique discomfort." Alvarez was the DH in Thursday night's game, and only took one at-bat, a groundout to first base in the 1st inning.
Corey Julks pinch-hit for Alvarez in the 3rd inning. Alvarez leads the Astros in most offensive categories, including homeruns, RBI, on-base percentage and slugging.
