Your Houston Astros beat the Seattle Mariners on Wednesday night 8-3, to take a pivotal series as both teams battle for an AL Wild Card spot.
Houston will enter their final series of the season in Arizona with a 1.5-game lead over Seattle. The Rangers beat the Angels on Wednesday, holding onto a 2.5-game lead over the Astros for the AL West title.
The Rangers will face the Mariners in a four-game series in Seattle, while the Astros will travel to face an Arizona Diamondbacks team still fighting its own battle in the NL wild-card race.
