Astros ace Justin Verlander threw a two-inning live batting practice at Minute Maid Park on Tuesday afternoon. Manager Joe Espada said the next step for Verlander could be a rehab assigment.
As Chandler Rome points out, the Sugar Land Space Cowboys begin their season this weekend in Round Rock, before coming home next Tuesday April 2nd. The Corpus Christi Hooks don't begin their season until April 4th.
