According to Ari Alexander of KPRC2, the Houston Astros are signing reliever Hector Neris. Neris was recently released by the Chicago Cubs, and was a key part of the Astros bullpen the past few seasons, having his best career season in 2023 with a 1.71 ERA in 71 games played.
