Ian Eagle of CBS, TNT and TBS joins The Matt Thomas Show ahead of his call of the NFL Week 3 matchup between the Houston Texans and the Minnesota Vikings.
Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud is coming off a decent performance against the Chicago Bears, recording 260 passing yards and winning 19-13, but only finding the endzone once.
However, the Texans are the only 2-0 team atop the AFC South and "are surprising nobody" with their success, Eagle said. "They are clearly in the next tier behind the Kansas City Chiefs."
