The Rockets fell to the Pelicans Tuesday night, 121-116.
James Harden extended his streak of 30-point games to 24 but it was not enough to help Houston to a victory. Harden had 37 points and 11 rebounds. Kenneth Faried scored 19 points with 11 rebounds as Eric Gordon had 17 points.
The defense of Houston could not stop New Orleans as the Pelicans shot 51% from the field.
Next up for the Rockets will be a trip to Denver to battle a tough Nuggets team Friday night. Tip-off will be at 9:00pm CT.
