Sluggish on Defense, Rockets Fall to T-Wolves 121-111

Despite James Harden dropping 42 points, the Houston Rockets fell to the Minnesota Timberwolves Wednesday night, 121-111.

Harden scored 30+ points for the 31st straight game to tie Wilt Chamberlain for the second longest streak in NBA history. Harden scored 40+ for the 22nd time this season.

The Rockets allowed Minnesota to shoot 54% from the field and 50% from behind the arc.

Kenneth Faried had a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds. Chris Paul scored 16 points and Gerald Green had 13 points off the bench.

Houston enters the All-Star break with a season record of 33-24.
