James Harden scored 31 points, Chris Paul added 29 points and Clint Capela had 24 points.
Danuel House had 13 points off the bench along with Austin Rivers who had 11 points.
Houston has now won four in a row to improve their season record to 51-28.
The Rockets will host the New York Knicks Friday night at Toyota Center.
