Peacock's Strong Outing Not Enough as Astros Lose to Yankees 4-1

The Astros have now lost six straight games for the first time since July of 2015. Houston fell to the Yankees Friday night, 4-1.

Brad Peacock threw another solid outing with six innings, two earned runs, no walks and 11 strike outs. Peacock gave up just five hits in the loss.

Tyler White and Jake Marisnick hit back-to-back doubles in the fourth to manufacture the lone run. The Astros were 1 for 13 with eight k's with runners in scoring position and left 12 men on base. They are hitting just .136 with RISP during the six game losing streak. One bright spot in the loss were three hits from Jose Altuve who went 3-4 with a walk.

Wade Miley takes the hill Saturday night for Houston, looking to stop the skid. Miley is 6-4 on the season with a 3.30 ERA. First pitch is scheduled for 6:15pm CT.
