Every year, the NFL Players Association holds a Rookie Premiere to educate players on business opportunities after designating which draft picks are potentially marketable for endorsements.
It doubles as an exclusive trading card content and marketing event.
Texans rookie quarterback Davis Mills (Stanford) and wide receiver Nico Collins (Michigan), both drafted in the third round, were among the players selected for the Premiere presented by Panini America.
Players are selected based on position, college performance, raft status and projected demand and marketability.
Normally held each summer in Los Angeles, this year the Premiere was a private, virtual event where players heard from NFLPA partners and industry experts, including Panini, Sleep Number and P&G along with Emmitt Smith, Ryan Clark, Dak Prescott and Tyler Lockett.
