Both teams have been terrible in recent years and Scott Frost is definitely on the hot seat at Nebraska. Expect them to handle Illinois with ease however.

When in doubt on who to pick for your pick of the week, go with a Texas school if you can! I like UTEP to roll here in the opener before they hit their portion of the schedule that guarantees a bunch of losses.

Ingredients:
1 ½oz
GREY GOOSE® Vodka
¾oz
Fresh Lime Juice
1oz
ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur
2oz
Cold Soda Water
+
Fresh Lime Wedge
Directions:
- Fill an oversized cabernet wine glass with cubed ice.
- Add vodka, lime juice, and ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur.
- Top with cold soda water and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
