Source: Texans sign Scott Quessenberry, third brother to play for franchise

The Texans are signing their third Quessenberry brother. 

Scott Quessenberry, an offensive guard from the Los Angeles Chargers and the youngest brother of former Texans offensive lineman David Quessenberry and current Texans fullback Paul Quessenberry, is signing a one-year, $1.187 million contract and $652,500 guaranteed money, a $152,500 signing bonus, a $1.035 million base salary with $500,000 of it fully guaranteed.

David Quessenberry is a former Texans sixth-round draft pick from San Jose State and an inspirational cancer survivor.

Paul Quessenberry signed a reserve-future deal last season.

He played 18 snaps in a 41-29 win over his brother's Chargers squad last season. 

Scott Quessenberry (6-foot-3, 310 pounds) is a former Chargers fifth-round draft pick.
