In the bottom of the 8th inning of Wednesday's game against the Mets, Astros shortstop Jeremy Pena collided in the outfield with Yordan Alvarez while making a play on a fly ball.
Both guys laid on the ground for several minutes, with Alvarez being carted off, and Pena exiting after trying to stay in the game.
