Houston Chronicle writer Jonathan Alexander joins Next Up to preview the Houston Texans Week 5 matchup against the AFC rival Buffalo Bills.
The Bills are coming off a 35-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens and are looking to get back in the win column in Houston on Sunday. "I think Josh Allen is playing at an MVP level," Alexander said.
Stefon Diggs will face his former team for the first time since being traded in April. Diggs spent four years in Buffalo, recording 37 receiving touchdowns from Allen. However, while many are predicting a revenge game for the All-Star wide receiver because of the rough breakup with the Bills, Diggs "doesn't want to be a distraction for his teammates."
With injuries to the offensive line and the running back core, "Cam Akers and Dare [Ogunbowale] are going to have to have their best performance," and "the Texans really need a balanced attack to win on Sunday."
