Jacksonville sports radio host Joe Cowart joins Next Up to talk about the Houston Texans' week 12 matchup against the AFC South rival Jacksonville Jaguars.
Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence has been battling a knee injury over the past couple of weeks and has been wearing a brace, causing him to play "a little more measured, a little more guarded," but overall "he looks like a much more confident guy," Cowart said.
As the Jaguars seem to improve week after week, Cowart says there are still some growing pains. "He just hasn't turned into the prolific pass rusher they were looking for," Cowart said about Jaguars defensive linemen Travon Walker. In regard to the Jaguars' offensive line, they're "still in working progress," "but definitely getting better," Cowart said.
