Stan Norfleet and Chris Gordy of Next Up go live to the José Altuve press conference where the Houston Astros officially announce signing the second baseman to a five-year extension worth $125 million.
During the press conference, Altuve was presented with a plaque from the City of Houston mayor's office declaring February 7, 2024, José Altuve Day.
At the conclusion of the press conference, Stan and Chris discuss the future of other Astros, such as Alex Bregman and Kyle Tucker, who have yet to sign extensions.
Stan and Chris also react to Cougars men's basketball coach Kelvin Sampson getting ejected during a win over Oklahoma State, and Jay Glazer from FOX NFL Sunday joins the show to preview the Super Bowl.
