Does The NCAA Need To Make Changes To The Tournament?

Ryan posed the question, Sean & Brian answer. With no number 1 or even 2 or even 3 seeds in the final four Ryan asks if any changes to the tournament should be made? Do the higher seeds not get a great enough advantage like home court?
