Astros to Host World Series Game 7 Tonight on KTRH 740

HOUSTON, TX-- The Astros and Washington Nationals will play Game 7 of the 2019 World Series presented by YouTube TV today, Wednesday, Oct. 30. The winner of tonight’s game will take home the championship title. Astros RHP Zack Greinke takes the mound vs. RHP Max Scherzer and the Nationals in a 7:08 p.m. CT start.

ASTROS POSTSEASON STREET FESTS, GATE TIMES AND ROOF STATUS

Astros fans of all ages are invited to a Postseason Street Fest prior to each Astros Postseason home game! The Postseason Street Fest takes place on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Crawford Street. Fans can enjoy live music by The Emotions, photo opportunities, face painters, caricaturists, food trucks, inflatables, bar games, photo booths, poster-making stations and much more before the Astros take on the Nationals. Fans can access the Astros Postseason Street Fest via the Atrium, Left Field Gate and Center Field Gate. A valid game ticket is required for entry.

Please note that all gates to Minute Maid Park will open at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

The Minute Maid Park roof will be closed for Game 7.

POSTSEASON GATE GIVEAWAYS AND PREGAME CEREMONIES

All fans in attendance at World Series Games 7 will receive a special postseason gate giveaway. Prior to Game 7, all fans will receive an Astros Postseason Rally Towel, presented by Coca-Cola.

During Wednesday’s pregame, the Harris County Sheriffs Office Honor Guard will present our nation’s colors before Texas Country Music artist Cody Johnson performs the National Anthem. The Killer B’s are slated for the Ceremonial First Pitches, as Craig Biggio and Jeff Bagwell simultaneously make the toss.

ASTROS ON THE RADIO

Fans can catch the Astros World Series games on the radio on the Astros flagship radio stations 740 KTRH AM, and once the Rockets game concludes we will join in progress on SportsTalk790.

ORANGE OUT HOUSTON

The Astros are asking local businesses, schools, community leaders, organizations and Astros fans to Orange Out Houston by wearing orange clothing and accessories, rocking their Astros apparel, decking out their buildings in orange and creatively displaying their Astros pride throughout the Astros’ postseason run. Astros fans are encouraged to post photos of what they are doing to Orange Out Houston with the hashtag #TakeItBack.
