BREAKING: Kyle Tucker Is Back!

The time has finally arrived! Kyle Tucker has been re-instated from the 60-day injured list, after landing on the shelf from a shin fracture suffered in early June against the St. Louis Cardinals. To make room on the roster for Tucker's return, the Astros have sent infielder Zach Dezenzo down to Triple-A Sugar Land. Lefthanded reliever Parker Mushinski has been designated for assignment.

At the time of his injury, Tucker was hitting .266 with 19 home runs and 40 runs batted in. He had a team leading .979 OPS.

** UPDATE **

Kyle Tucker is in the starting lineup tonight, in the clean up spot (4th in the order), as the designated hitter.
